School Garden Project

GreenTown Kids has set up School Garden Projects at Anona Elementary School and Anona Child Development Center. Through our School Garden Projects, we donate Earthboxes and supplies to the schools and help teach the children how to plant vegetables and pollinator-friendly flowers and instill a love of gardening at an early age.
GreenTown Kids also participates in the Great American Teach-In as a way to teach students about working and volunteering in nonprofits, doing good in the community, and helping the environment. We love to bring pots, soil, and seeds to the students to give them a hands-on lesson on how to plant something to take home and grow.
